We collect personal data only to the extent necessary to provide the Service, in the following categories:

• Account and registration data: email address, name, phone number, profile picture, gender, and any date, time and place of birth you choose to provide (used for astrology services).
• Data obtained via LINE Login: when you choose "Log in with LINE", we obtain from LINE — within the scope you authorise — your LINE user identifier, display name, profile picture and email address. This data is used to create or identify your member account.
• Service usage data: the questions you enter in the astro dice feature, roll results and reading records, along with orders, bookings and consultation records.
• Technical and login data: your IP address, browser and device information, login times, and the login credential (token) stored in your browser to keep you signed in.

• To create, identify and manage your member account and provide login (including LINE login and account linking).
• To provide core features such as astro dice readings, chart analysis, bookings and orders.
• To send verification codes, password reset emails, service notifications and important announcements.
• To provide customer service and handle your enquiries and feedback.
• To maintain system security, prevent abuse, and carry out processing required by law.
• To analyse and improve the quality and experience of the Service on a de-identified basis.

We do not use your email address or personal data for purposes beyond those above, and we do not sell or rent it to third parties without your consent.

To deliver the full Service we use the following third parties, sharing only the minimum data needed:

• LINE Login: used for third-party sign-in and identity verification. When you sign in with LINE, LINE processes your data under its own privacy policy; the Service receives only the profile and email address you authorise.
• Brevo (email delivery): used to send verification codes, password resets and service notifications, which involves processing your email address.

To keep you signed in and the Service working normally, we store necessary information such as login credentials in your browser using cookies or local storage. You can clear this data in your browser settings, but you may then need to log in again or find some features stop working.

We retain your personal data while your account remains active so we can continue providing the Service. If you delete your account or request deletion, and no legal requirement obliges us to keep it, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within a reasonable period.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data, including encryption in transit, hashed password storage and access controls, to prevent unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure. No internet transmission can be guaranteed absolutely secure, so we continue to strengthen our safeguards to reduce risk.

In relation to the personal data we hold, you may:

• request access to and review your personal data;
• request correction or completion of inaccurate data (some fields can be edited yourself in My Account);
• request deletion of your account and personal data;
• withdraw consent previously given for the collection, processing or use of personal data, including unlinking your LINE account.

The Service is not primarily aimed at minors. If you are a minor, please use the Service and provide personal data only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

We may revise this policy in response to changes in law or in the Service. Revisions will be published on this page with an updated "last updated" date. If changes are material we will notify you by appropriate means. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
